Shipping policy
We currently offer a worldwide service with 2 shipping options: 1) AirMail ($10). It usually takes 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered using AirMail. 2) EMS Courier Delivery's ($20) waiting period 3-8 business days. Unfortunately, the Courier Delivery can take a little longer because of delay at customs, which doesn't depend on our delivery service. That's why we can't guarantee, that you will receive it in 3-8 business days. The package may be also delivered earlier.
All medications at our site are available to be shipped to you immediately. We send an order within 2 days. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
We'll do our best to pack and ship an order promptly . You will get an automatic e-mail notification about your order approvement.
We will do everything for in-time delivery. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, be sure we will do our best to solve the problem.

Return policy
If for any of the following reasons you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you can return it within 30 days of the original delivery date:
The product is in new original packing
The product was received damaged or defective
The company shipped the incorrect product
Returns must be authorized by our pharmacy. In order to do that you should submit a return request by appealing our custom care department.
Progress and history of your return processing is logged for your convenience. We'll also provide shipping reimbursement if your return is the result of our error. We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. We guarantee to reship your order completely free of charge if your order arrives damaged or something is missing, just contact us so that we may reship. It's just one of the ways that we guarantee full, efficient service.
